Postage & Handling

  • Please allow 3-5 working days for postage within Australia and 3-4 weeks for International Air Mail.

  • Standard postage rates apply to all items and are automatically calculated at the checkout. Items will be dispatched within 3 working days after the order is fulfilled and payment received.

Additional Shipping Information

  • Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

  • The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Returns

  • Your return must occur within 30 days of receipt of artwork

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Please contact us as soon as you know you will need to return your item, so that we can allow time for the piece to be returned to us. 

    Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@gaawaamiyay.co
